Q1: How can i purchase ?

Q2:What details required for a quotation?
Pls can you offer the material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q3:Could I get an sample ?Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need sample cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.
Q4: Do you accept custom order and logo ?
Please send your logo and require details before order. We have professional designer to design and layout for you. And will confirm the sample before produce.
Q5: How about goods quality ?
We have many quality level to choose. And products will be checked carefully with you before shipping. But for balloons, the fraction defective can be control under 3% is considered normal, please note it .Don’t worry, if the fraction defective more than 3%, you can send broken items photos to us, we will send good items with your next order.
Q6: What's the delivery time and shipping time ?
A: We will set a delivery date for you according to your style and quantity. Shipping time is about 5~8 working days by express, 10~12 working days by air, 30~32 working days by sea .
